SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

All Sponsorship Levels give your organization an opportunity to be in marquee lights.  Your organization’s name & logo will be displayed on all projector screens and the one in the convention hall is the size of a billboard.  Your sponsorship will be seen by a crowd that consistently ranges between 500 to 1,000 people during the entire duration of the event.  The President of the Club will announce your organization during opening and closing remarks.  Additionally, your organization’s name & logo will appear on the homepage of the NEHCRC website all year.

$1,500 – RED LEVEL

$850 – WHITE LEVEL
  • Admission and breakfast for 6
  • Organization name & logo displayed on all projector screens during event
  • Organization name & logo displayed on the NEHCRC website homepage for the entire year
  • Your organization will be recognized by the NEHCRC President during opening and closing remarks, as well as at NEHCRC’s second annual event

$600 – BLUE LEVEL
  • Admission and breakfast for 4
  • Organization name & logo displayed on all projector screens during event
  • Organization name & logo displayed on the NEHCRC website homepage for the entire year
  • Your organization will be recognized by the NEHCRC President during opening and closing remarks, as well as at NEHCRC’s second annual event
  • Reserved “C” level seating
$500 – PATRIOT LEVEL
  • Admission and table for 10
  • Reserved seating
$100 – CLUB SUPPORTER
  • Business card displayed on projector screen
  • One unreserved seat

Box 428619, Cincinnati, OH 45242. (Please note: We cannot accept any corporate checks.) Please include your name, the type of sponsorship or ad that you are purchasing, and don’t forget to send your artwork or digital file via email.
